Stonemaier Games Treasure Chests Kickstarter
Stonemaier Games is a dedicated game company who’s love of board games includes creating great token upgrades. Their original treasure chest included six resource types (wood, stone, brick, gems, ore, and gold) common across many strategic board games.
The new resource chests include 18 new premium tokens divided into three distinct categories which include:
- Food Crate: steak, coffee, crate, bread, grain, and corn
- Resource Vault: water, wool, barrel, bag, cloth, and steel
- Energy Box: fire, gas, oil, uranium, coal, and trash
If you are interested, Jamey Stegmaier (the co-founder of Stonemaier Games) created a Google spreadsheet which you can see and add to the list of games that could use these resource tokens. He also provided the following resource graphic for a quick idea of compatible board games.
